Odd Pixel is developing a robotic system that applies multicolor tattoos through a patented process called Injection Printing.
Rather than tracing an image one line at a time, the system is designed to print small, overlapping sections of artwork as precisely arranged patterns of colored dots. Lines, gradients, shading, and other visual details emerge from those printed patterns.
